A travers des s\u00e9quences de mouvements doux et subtils, l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ve apprend \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des <strong>connexions entre son cerveau, son syst\u00e8me nerveux et son syst\u00e8me musculo-squelettique<\/strong>. L&#8217;exploration de nouveaux sch\u00e9mas de mouvement et sensation aide \u00e0 repenser l&#8217;interaction tant avec l&#8217;environnement qu&#8217;avec son \u00eatre int\u00e9rieur. Elle est particuli\u00e8rement recommand\u00e9e pour les personnes souffrant de <strong>douleurs musculaires chroniques <\/strong>ou ressentant de la <strong>fatigue au quotidien<\/strong>. Elle s&#8217;av\u00e8re \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour toutes les personnes exer\u00e7ant des <strong>professions physiques<\/strong> (musiciens, danseurs, sportifs&#8230;) qui pourront d\u00e9couvrir les bienfaits des micro-mouvements dans l&#8217;apprentissage. Je donne un cours hebdomadaire :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tous les mardis soir \u00e0 18H30 (1H)<\/strong> : un <strong>cours tous publics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tarifs :<\/strong> 20\u20ac le cours \u00e0 l&#8217;unit\u00e9, 85\u20ac la carte 5 cours et 140\u20ac la carte 10 cours (soit 14\u20ac le cours).
